#2 · Jul 13, 2012 Hi tom, I'm facing the same issue, central lock works only on doors but not on the trunk to open my trunk i have to use the key. i was able to repair it, i've removed all the screw then i put oil in the lockbut it didn't work for long time Reply Quote Z z32drifter 260 posts · Joined 2011 #3 · Jul 13, 2012 Quick update. I removed the battery from my fob, put battery from wife's fob in mine, works! Changed batteries back, works again! So I guess the battery must have dislodged itself in my fob slightly. Still confused why the fob allowed me to lock the car but not unlock it. Anyway, problem solved. V7iI.
